Do you have, or would you like to have, a personal budget (PB)? Then you will receive the money for care yourself, to help you pay for help or provisions. You choose who helps you or which wheelchair you buy. You pay all your bills yourself and you need to do your own administration. The personal budget will be paid into your bank or giro account as an advance. Take a look at the Per Saldo website for information regarding the PB.
Are you disabled? Then call MEE. They can provide you with explanations and advice and can answer all your questions.
Would you like some help with completing the forms? Then call or email Vita Welzijn en Advies and make an appointment. Make sure you ask them what paperwork you need to bring with you. Make sure you keep all your paperwork in a safe place.
